Its http://rakestrawspinner.com/ when you get on the site just click on the rakestraw spinner video and it shows how it works. Truth be told you could cut a wooden ruler in half and drill a hole in it and use an old knitting needle and it would work effectively. Seriously it spins wonderfully well.
