Issue 2 - 2007/06/04 06:03 Issue 2 is getting started, so if you had something you wanted to see, now would be the time to bring it up.

I have eye on the industry (and fiber spotlight above) chosen, but the others are open, so if you have some ideas, I would love to hear them. This mag is for you, so let us know!

Re:Issue 2 - 2007/06/04 10:19 What about felt balls for the kids - they can use their dyed roving

And I wouldn't mind a comparison of different brands of dyes.

Re:Issue 2 - 2007/06/08 00:44 Eeeep! Fleece for me

Will I be able to hide it in a shoebox?

(That's where the extra yarn goes)

Seriously though, I'd love to come visit some day. I got waaaaay too excited over the dozen sheep I saw in Wales a few weeks ago - I am obviously missing hanging around on the farm

Re:Issue 2 - 2007/06/29 04:39 I was going to ask for a hand carding tutorial but you beat me to it and put it in 'Extra! Extra!'. I got a 'how to' with my carders but I find I need pictures.

How about covering plant dyes?

BTW, I have followed your washing fleece tutorial and it's been really useful (though I have to do it all by hand, UK automatic washing machines refuse to be told what to do, it's far too risky for fleece washing!)
