I wouldn't worry about this too much. It is best to do what Beth suggests, but whatever you get, you will get used to. Sometimes what's available plays a bigger part in the choice.
It's like her car analogy, if the price is right and you can get it, then you'll get used to it not feeling just right after a while.
It may take you a few extra days to get used to the wheel, but I think a Majacraft or any other high quality wheel will work well for you.
It will help A LOT that you have done so much spindle spinning. You only have to learn the wheel part, and also how to keep up with the cussed thing lol.
Be prepared to be back at the lumpy bumpy stage for a bit, until your fingers find the right rythem.
If you fall off, get back on and try again. |
