The internet is back, but my ear hurts

We are back online, hooray!  I spent several HOURS on the phone with tech support over the past five days.  At least 3 hours on the phone today alone.  But at least we’re back online.  If you sent an email or were otherwise waiting to hear from us, we’ll get with you soon.

    I’m glad you’re back… but I’m sorry it took so much time and effort to get things fixed.
